No. WeStores does not deliver groceries or goods. Customers arrive at the store to pay and collect their items directly.

For Customers

How does booking a shopper work?

You book a shopper through WeStores web app or WhatsApp. The shopper collects your items, queues on your behalf, and notifies you when it’s almost time to pay. You arrive, pay at the till, and leave immediately.

Do shoppers pay for my groceries?

No. Shoppers do not handle customer payments. All payments are made by the customer directly at the store.

What do I pay for?

Customers pay for the time and convenience of item collection and queueing, not for the groceries themselves.

Which stores can I use WeStores in?

WeStores can be used in most grocery and retail stores, depending on shopper availability in your area.

Who is a shopper?

A shopper is a registered WeStores service provider who collects items inside a store and stands in queues on behalf of customers.

Do shoppers deliver groceries?

No. Shoppers only work inside the store. They do not deliver items.

How do shoppers earn money?

Shoppers earn per job completed. Customers pay shoppers directly for their time and service.

Is there a fee to be a shopper?

Yes. Shoppers pay a 15% commission from their earnings.

Do shoppers need a vehicle?

No. A vehicle is not required to be a shopper.

For Messengers

Who is a messenger?

A messenger is a registered WeStores service provider who runs errands and completes local tasks outside the store.

What kind of errands do messengers do?

Tasks may include document collection, small parcel delivery, administrative errands, and other local assistance jobs.

How do messengers earn money?

Messengers earn per task completed. Payment comes directly from the customer.

Do messengers need a vehicle?

No. Most messenger tasks are local and do not require a vehicle.

Payments & Safety

Does WeStores handle customer money?

Yes. Customers pay the required Call-Out Fee and item collection fee directly into the WeStores bank account. Once the job is completed, WeStores pays the Shopper their earnings minus a 15% commission.

This process helps ensure accountability, reduces fraud, and protects both customers and shoppers.

Is WeStores safe?

WeStores uses a registration and vetting process to ensure shoppers and messengers meet basic standards of reliability and professionalism.
